1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AeroWest Africa website (“the Site”), registering for our summit, submitting an exhibitor or sponsor enquiry, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About AeroWest Africa
AeroWest Africa is an annual aviation and tourism summit that connects government officials, industry leaders, investors, and stakeholders across West and Central Africa. The summit serves as a unified platform to collaboratively develop innovative solutions, harmonise regulations, and create a blueprint for sustainable aviation growth.
3. Registration and Attendance
3.1 Registration
To attend the summit, you must complete the online registration form with accurate and complete information. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique registration ID and badge. This badge must be presented at the event for entry.
3.2 Passes and Access
Access to summit sessions, workshops, and networking events is determined by your selected pass type. Pass details are available on our Conference Passes page. AeroWest Africa reserves the right to modify pass inclusions or deny entry to any attendee who violates these Terms.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by pass type and are specified at the time of registration. Please review your pass terms carefully. For enquiries, contact us at hello@aerowestafrica.com.
4. Exhibitor and Sponsor Participation
4.1 Application
All exhibitor and sponsor applications are subject to review and approval by AeroWest Africa. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
4.2 Exhibitor Conduct
Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and event schedules. Booth setup, operating hours, and dismantling must follow the guidelines provided in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitors are responsible for their booth content, materials, and personnel.
4.3 Payments
Exhibitor and sponsor fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of your booth or sponsorship placement.
