8. Cloudflare Turnstile Addendum

Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and pages against malicious automated bots. This section supplements the main Privacy Policy with information specific to Turnstile.

8.1 What Turnstile Does

Turnstile is a pro-privacy security tool developed by Cloudflare, Inc. It processes minimal client-side signals solely to distinguish human users from bots and to block malicious automated traffic that could compromise our website.

8.2 Signals Processed

Cloudflare Turnstile processes client-side signals including client IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, and sitekey with associated origin. Cloudflare does not have the ability to directly identify any individual from these signals, including IP addresses.

8.3 Purpose of Processing

The signals collected by Turnstile are strictly necessary to detect and block bots, enabling visitors to enjoy a safe and secure experience when visiting our website. Turnstile does not profile, track, or target individuals.

Cloudflare is a data processor of signals processed to provide the Turnstile service. We, as the website operator, are the data controller. If you have questions about Cloudflare’s processing for this purpose, please contact us (see Section 10).

Cloudflare also processes Turnstile signals as a data controller to improve its bot-detection algorithms. For more information, refer to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

8.4 Cookies

The signals collected by Turnstile are strictly necessary for bot detection. For information about cookies used by Cloudflare, refer to the Cloudflare Cookie Policy and Turnstile Developer Documentation.

8.5 EU and UK Residents

To the extent Turnstile signals qualify as personal data: as a processor protecting our website, Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf pursuant to our instructions; as a controller improving its detection capabilities, Cloudflare relies on its legitimate interests.
